As lead UX designer, I worked on a project to increase our securities sales by building a brand new platform. We partnered with a third party to conduct user interviews across the country.
Pain Point
Overwhelming and very long
Our current tool was overwhelming and took over an hour for new representatives to complete.
Solution
Simplify and automate
We focused on simplifying the application process by integrating with current databases to import personal information, focusing on high selling account types, and automate identifying best investment funds for clients' needs.
Within three months, we achieved over $1 million in initial investments and a 32% increase in adoption.
